CleanPaq Recruitment Agency have a comprehensive induction process for our candidates which includes an overview of the legal and ethical framework that is required to work and employ people in the UK. We work with the latest technologies to review ‘right to work’ identification which is reviewed regularly to ensure our processes are up to date and relevant. Our code of conduct sets out our expectations of candidates and supports them in understanding the legal and ethical framework. This also covers health and safety, data protection, and environmental issues. We also ensure that all candidates are provided with training and support in their roles, so they understand the importance of compliance and their legal obligations. We have systems in place to monitor and audit compliance to ensure our standards are maintained. From the very beginning of our recruitment process, through to a worker being placed on assignment - we have their welfare central to our process. Face to face interviews, on-site audits, worker surveys, background checks – these are just some of the tools we use to keep our workers safe and happy.

The people we recruit are supplied to the standards required by the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA). We have a dedicated central compliance team, checking worker eligibility and who monitor each aspect of the regulations. Our team work closely with the GLAA, The Association of Labour Providers, and we're a supporter of the Stronger Together initiative. Overall, we take compliance seriously and are committed to ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
